Great to connect with you wonderful women here. I didn't start living my passion until I was in my mid 40's. Since I found my momentum to make a career embodying my strengths I have truly found my connection to others as I teach them to live their dreams and purpose.

You may gain insight, strength, empowerment, positive energy, and balance to have a richer life. She teaches mindfulness, meditation, EFT/Tapping-energy breath work, visualization, journaling and walking meditation. Learn how to breathe, focus, and grow to reduce your stress and increase your resiliency in her Stress Management & Resiliency or Empowerment Workshops or in individual therapy.
During her workshops and individual sessions you will create your "Strength Kit" of techniques and “Authentically U Vision Board” you can use to help yourself, for years to come, to become more relaxed, balanced, focused, and integrative as Authentically U!

Hi All!
I’m Joan and have enjoyed what you each have shared about yourselves. Marilyn i’m also into the holistic lifestyle,and have practiced the `thinking` aspect since my mid 20’s & have done or are doing most everything else you mentioned. Some aspects are new to me, and others just came natural since a teen such as journaling, med/prayer. It’s nice to meet you and your `Passion` caught my attention moreso than anything :)

I let myself go for too long taking care of my twins and working full time and then oh yeah i have a great husband also who gets put on the back burner when my esteem was down and i was so tired and busy... If anyone is interested what helped me get off the couch and go for it was i found these great shakes called Shakelology.. they are your healthiest meal of the day and now i have the energy i need.. i get up and work out before going to work and i've actually trully started getting stronger and losing my midsection weight that gets almost every woman after the age of 40...
