      Baby Back Ribs

      Wash and pat dry whole slabs of baby backs (2-3 slabs).  Using a screw driver (seriously) run the screw driver shank under the membrane along a bone, at one end. That will free up an end and then you can strip the membrane off the whole rack of ribs in one pull. (you can skip this, but try it, the ribs will be more tender)
      Rub slabs with grill seasoning, rib rub, lemon pepper ~ any seasoning you like.(both sides)
      Brush with BBQ sauce any KC Masterpiece original is good. (both sides)
      Place ribs in a pan 2-3 inches tall. Skin side down. Put a bottle of beer or water or any liquid like cola in the bottom of the pan.
      Cover pan with commercial plastic wrap ~ you can find this at Wal-Mart or Sam’s.
      Bake in a 175 degree oven 5-6 hours.
      Grill 5 minutes per side to crispy up the edges.
