2 lbs. of freshly washed chicken wing-dings patted dry
2 C. of all purpose flour
      1 egg
      1-1/2 C. olive oil
      1-1/2 C. of milk
all your seasoning to taste about a 1/2 tsp. of each:
black pepper, seasoning salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, accent, onion powder.

In a mixing bowl put all your dry ingredients in, add the egg and milk and mix until you get a good consistency.

In your pan heat the olive oil to about 350
dip your chicken pieces into the batter and place in the hot oil. Cook each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown or to your liking turning the pieces over until done and enjoy!
