Yesterday my hubby cooked ribs in the oven and they turned out great so today we’ll eat those along with some green beans, baked potatos and a salad.
We cook ribs on the weekends a lot. It’s Joe’s favorite. Tonight, though, we‘re having the kids over for dinner so we’ll put a chicken on the rotisserie.
We don’t bother cooking ribs anymore. Around here there is too many places making em far better than we could.

I had beef brisket from StaQ’s BBQ it was so good. I cooked ribs last weekend.
