      Broccoli Florets
      Carrots sliced
      Bell Peppers - for color
      Onions sliced
      1 garlic clove - minced
      oyster sauce

(porportion wise - more broccoli, then carrots, peppers and onions for color balancing)

Beef slices - marinated with sesame oil, peppers & touch of soy sauce (light soy sauce if prefer)

Boil water, put broccoli florets and carrots in a about 45 sec to 1 mins.  Drain - put aside.

(medium to hot heat) Oil pan, fried up garlic, add onions & peppers, stir in beef, when beef is medium cooked (center is still red), (medium heat) stir in broccoli & carrots.

Add a circle of oyster sauce and balance with sugar or honey.

If you like a thicker gravy-ish dish, mix up corn starch with water, turn heat off, gradually add in corn starch water and stir.
