    • I have rolls on the side of me and In the middle. I don’t like them at all, especially when I sit downworried and jiggles under my arms..yikes!!

I have 3 pairs of Gloria Vanderbilt shorts that are too cute to pass up another Summer. I want to get Into those before I get too old to wear them and they not look right. Also a pair of button fly levi’s shorts that I use to wear when I was younger.

I would also like to get rid of the jiggles on my arms so I can wear no sleeve blouses. I see so many pretty blouses and most of them have no sleeves. I do not wear them cause I am embarrased of my jiggly arms. I would love to finally wear those kind of blouses, I have 3 of them In my closet now, one Is a pretty hawaiian pattern, A black pin stripped and one that has differant greens on It. I bought them cause I couldn’t pass on not having them, thats how much I liked them..lol, But could I ever wear them?

The workout starts tomorrow Feb 1st. What I am going to do, I don’t know, my routine, I don’t know, I guess i need to figure that out tonight.

        • There are several arm exercises you can do to help those to go away. The problem is that once the skin has stretched, it takes concentrated effort to get it slowly back in shape. The operative word here is ‘slowly.’
One search on the Internet will bring up several exercises you can do. However, if you lose weight too fast, this problem may not go away. If you do want to wear sleeveless tops, it may be a good idea to wear a see-through scarf across your shoulders. This way, you can still see the beauty of the top without the revelation of your bare arms.
Good luck with the exercise regime.
