I’ve noticed lately that I have less time being normal these days!!! Oi vey... I just had my period a couple of weeks ago and it seems like I’m already going thru PMS already!!! WTH My breasts are tender, my stomach is bloated and moody as heck!!! Ugh... I hate it!!! And it seems like I sweat like crazy at night time more often these days too... The hubby gets real grossed out by it because the sheets gets so wet!! I exercise, try to eat right and take my vitamins. What else can I do to make it a little better??? I feel so discombobulated!!!

        • Fasten your seat belt, V, this is the beginning! If it gets really bad I know that some of our members here have used bio identical hormones with good results. I used them for awhile but my doctor passed away last year. I’ve been toughing it out because I haven’t been able to find the right dose for me. But as of now I’m 2 months shy of going a solid year without a period so I’m hopeful that the worst is over. I have learned though that the breast tenderness is due to more estrogen than progesterone and that plus the hot flashes can be helped by using a progesterone cream. They‘re over the counter at just about any pharmacy.
