      I made Bouillabaisse last night, it was amazing.

      I can’t follow a recipe for the life of me, even when it’s m own estatic

      After looking at several recipes, here is what I came up with:

      Heat Olive Oil add
      Chopped Leak
      Pressed Garlic
      Saute for few minutes
      Add chopped fresh large tomato

      In few minutes

      Add white wine about half a bottle
      Add About 6 cups of fish broth (I made that by preparing
      Add 1lbs of muscles
      Lobster
      In ten minutes add
      Shrimp and chilian seabass
      Turn fire up high until it boils, and turn it off
      Sprinkle with parsley and cillantro

      Serve immediately
