  • Breathing.... my new 21 day challenge

      I have been working out this week with a trainer. And she brought to my attention something I knew but didn’t really focus on........

      I don’t breathe when I exercise!

      So there are many reasons why not breathing can be harmful but I will let you figure those out. My main reason for making this my challenge is because when you don’t breathe properly you are actually doing more harm than good when you exercise.

      So I will be doing breathing exercises every day to help me be more conscience. Please ask me if I have done my exercises for the day...if you think about it.

      I have to get going on this one but then I will be joining MsV on cutting out carbs and after Thanksgiving I will be joining Melissabelle on no meat (she will be having seafood).

      The breathing exercise will also be my challenge on sparkpeople.com beginning on 11/16 Monday. Every 21 days we will be doing a different challenge.
