    • Jen, 37 years old, of New York is not one to openly talk about her rapidly growing Isagenix┬« business. In fact, she prefers to shy away from the spotlight in order to stay focused on her product-driven approach to helping others. Despite her efforts to fly under the radar, she recently received the title “2008 Isagenix Rising Star.”

“I’m just Jen with a plan,” shares 37-year-old Jen humbly. “I know I can’t change the world, but I can certainly make a big dent.”

The now six-figure earner stumbled upon her success unexpectedly and, to some extent, doesn’t quite fathom the scope of what she has accomplished in such a short amount of time. In just a little over a year, she has skyrocketed to 5-Star Golden Circle, Crystal Executive status and is currently ranked the No. 23 income earner in Isagenix.*

The stay-at-home mom and personal trainer first learned about Isagenix at a fitness expo and thought it could be a great system for her clients. She did what she always recommends her new team members do, “don’t talk about it, be it.”

Jen discovered that through Nutritional Cleansing she was able to lose 12 pounds.** More importantly, she felt radiant and it showed in her attitude, which she says attracted other people to her success.

Through referrals, Jen shared the amazing benefits of Isagenix and before she knew it, she was getting paid for it. She knew nothing about network marketing, and doesn’t even refer to herself as a “network marketer,” but rather as a “warm-hearted person with a lot of common sense.”

“I knew little about the business and was calling Isagenix Customer Service to help me figure out how and where to put people on my team,” says Jen. “As a result of doing good things, the business just followed.”

As a busy PTA and class mom for her three kids, Jen wasn’t about to give up her family time in order to pursue her Isagenix business, but quickly realized that she could do both. Now she opens up her home for regular trainings and meetings with her team members.

Jen says her formula for success is all about turning product users into business partners. Her unconventional approach of giving to her team before they even give to her includes providing her own customized business plan and tools she refers to as “business in a bag.” She often helps others to get started on their businesses by guiding them toward getting a person on their right and left sides.

“My team is not my ticket to freedom,” shares Jen. “I teach by example and give to them first, which gets them started on a path toward success and follow up with constant support and motivation.”

Jen found not only flexibility in building her team at her own pace, but also credits her decision to pursue the business to being in the “right place at the right time.”

“I thought what if this is that 'thing’ that could help other people to change their lives in remarkable ways and discover greater financial freedom,” explains Jen.

Through her journey to this point, she has helped hundreds of people including family members and friends to find greater health and wealth. Her giving nature and motherly instincts have also led her to setting many philanthropic goals as well, focusing mostly on helping children. She has made a generous yearlong pledge to Childhelp┬« and plans to one day help orphaned kids. She’s not sure yet what those efforts will be, but is confident that she’ll be in the right place at the right time again and will just know.
