      I’ve already lost a lot of weight and am still loosing, but I am in terrible shape.  Weak and mushy all over. (So is my DH!) We are guilty of too much sitting around!  

      So we‘re going to put up & use his bench and weights and find and join a yoga class.  We also have tons of work to do in our house and yard, which should also help tone us both up along with our workouts.

      I like working out with my husband.  He doesn’t cut me any slack and I need that.

      Over the summer I want to improve my sagging butt, flabby thighs and upper arms and have plenty of upper body strength.
