Wow, it sure is easy to talk about people behind their back, I know because as much as I hate it, I have found my self doing it, and then a heavy weight of guilt come over me.

Can we use gossip for good, for help??

I would like to see an experiment..... can you find people in your neighborhood who are facing foreclosure??

Would you get word to them some way some how that there are investors and attorneys who would like to invite them into a joint venture to represent them in court, the house stays in their name.

      No bankruptcy
No walking away with bad credit

[Link Removed] is a site fairly straight forward. Go to the site, and see how many folks in your county are facing foreclosuure, staggering.

Most folks go to these sites to finish these folks off financially....United First is trying to help

A wealthy man in California hired an attorney just to research what could be done, and ho it could be implemented to help a mass of people.  Then he started an attorney fee pool for people in California, that has now spread to four states.  That is the beginning of United First!

If you tell folks on a full time basis and help them get signed up.....the pool pays you to do this work....

It is a great deal of work, 7000 homes in Broward County in foreclosure now, 23,000 in pre-foreclosure.

Suggestion,  sign up for a free account, you can cancel before you are charged.  Find as many people in your neighborhood as possible.

Would you like to work with us?
Your not going to get rich....but you will be paid well for your time...
[Link Removed]  See we need agents in your area.

Don’t want to work with us?  Just spread the rumor about the site above so we can at least hep these people.

The news will try to paint these folks as bad investors.  Investors would not be living in the house being foreclosed upon.....think about it.

      Thank you

        • No, most people who are being foreclosed upon, their credit has quickly declined.

We are able to stop foreclosure through investors who ensure the attorney fees, and property taxes are kept up.  It is a joint venture between homeowner, investors, and  attorneys.  Homeowners make small monthly payments most likely less than their current mortgage payment toward the legal fees.

If you fight with legal representation it can cost sometimes more tan 100K. The investors are bridging the gap for the homeowner.  The homeowner then settles after the fact.

If the case is lost, the homeowner pays nothing!  However they have had the time span of two years to stabilize their options.

If foreclosure is allowed to proceed, without representation, the homeowner will loose everything.  Credit included.

        • The agent is the one who gathers the inofrmation from the homeowner and process it for the company United First Inc. Since this is now in four states, states hardest hit of CA, NV, AZ, and FL, not one person could handle it all.

I am now an authorized agent in Florida who will be the contact here for United First, to homeowners here and ensure the information gets to the homeowners, and to gather all required documents from the homeowner, which is done face to face, through presentation, answering questions, information gathering. (See linkedin on my profile.)  We are the ground troops for our communities and regions.  The joint agreements are hand delivered.
