  • Chinese - Fried Rice

      Left over White Rice - refrigerate over night (this way Rice won’t be sticky)

      2 or 3 eggs - beaten and cooked on oiled pan; like an omelet, removed from heat after cooked and sliced into pieces
      Frozen Peas - defrost
      Carrots - chopped
      Frozen Corn - defrost
      (or use a bag of mixed frozen vegetable - prefer colorful and smaller piece type)
      Meat - chicken, ham, beef, shrimp or any of the combination (diced and cooked)
      soy sauce (you can use light soy)
      salt and pepper

      This is the mixing part:

      Oil pan, throw in the rice, separate while cooking, then add in stripes of eggs prepared already, then meat, then veg.  Keep stir frying till everything is hot, circle one or two round of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

      Best to eat with Chopsticks and Bowl  :)
