    • Dancing with the stars may not be in your reach, however you can be the STAR that matters!  I like to dance for fun but one day I realized that there is more to it than meets the eye. I feel sexy no matter what and then I memorize the moves and finally I sweat sometimes a lot sometimes a little.

I noticed that my skirt started moving around my waist and that my waist was showing some definition. So there you have it losing inches first and the weight later. Square dancing, line dancing, country and swing out. There’s a step for you.

        • I love to go salsa dancing. It really burns the calories and its so much fun.  I just don’t have the time to do it as often as I would like.  Lately though I’ve been using these great biker shorts from fitandsharp.com which have really made a difference in the inches around my waist and the definition in my legs.  They are so comfortable and I can wear them under my clothes. The double-knit fabric tones my legs as I run through the day and in only one month my legs looked better than they had in years.  You should definitely check them out. Hope this helps.

        • I will definitely check out the website. I forgot about salsa dancing, as I made it to one class I enjoyed it alot. Time constraints made getting to class a little difficult I don’t always feel like driving the 30 minutes.

        • I haven’t danced in so long, I almost have forgotten how.  I did go dancing once and then signed up for dance lessons, but just don’t have the time to follow through.  I love to dance.  And you are right, any kind of dancing is a great way to stay in or get into shape.

        • I have the Prevention Fitness systems express workout DANCE IT OFF with Jennifer Galardi.
It has hip hop, jazz, latin and ballet.
I just hate doing it by myself.
Hmmmmm, this will be one of my resolutions.....use dance work out at least 4 times a week.

Pureromance, I think I could really get into the belly dancing.

Tracy, I have not seen that one yet...but hip hop works you little bootie off.

Jenz, what is the Maccau Walk? and could you tell me what (sp) means. I have seen it used before and just can’t figure it out.
I love the salsa and line dancing!
