      This is getting easier by the day.  After what i consider to be 5 very successful days, i do NOT see me falling off this wagon.

      Breakfast:
      coffee w/flavored creamer = 1
      2 slices WW multi-grain bread, toasted = 1
      1TB peanut butter = 2

      Lunch:
      1C mixed greens w/tomatoes, cukes, onions, cauliflower, broccoli = 0
      2 TB ranch dressing = 3

      Dinner:
      3 oz broiled tilapia = 2
      2 oz broiled scallops = 1
      1/2 C sliced peaches = 1

      Snacks:
      1 Laughing Cow LIght Swiss Cheese = 1
      5 Ritz Crackers = 2
      Sugar Free Jello = 0

      15 points today...leaving 11 “unspent“...but it’s only 6:30.
