This morning, I heard that every household in the US (not just those making over 250k) spent $18,500 on the bailout. So, let's take that and subtract the $13/week we are supposed to get back from the gov't for stimulus:

$18,500 divided by 52 weeks = $356 per week we are spending
      $356 minus $13 per week given back = $342

We are still spending $342 per household a week!

      Did I miss understand this??!!

If not, hello??!!  WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE?

        • The bumper sticker that was posted on here a few days ago takes on a whole new meaning. Something like...

The stimulus package is like foreplay... We all know what comes afterwards.

          WAKE UP AMERICA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • The outrage will come once the next elections do not give those unhappy about our current situation the results they are looking for.  People are mad as hell and they‘re not going to take it much longer.  I’m one of them.  2010...that’s what people are waiting for at this point.  That’s all they CAN do...those in opposition to what’s going on in our government have no voice right now.

        • I think there should be a rule....NO LAWYERS IN CONGRESS...they are the worst.  WE are in the situation we are in because of Congress....like I said in my blog today... The Silver Screw....thanks to Congress we are losing our behinds!!!

Congress is about as smart as my tank of African cichlids!!!!! And I would even say those fish are smarter than they are!!!

          Oh don’t get me started.....worried

        • Oh, but that guy they‘re calling the president says everything’s fine, no economic trouble anymore...what 3 good days on Wall street and suddenly all’s ok?

          LIAR!!!!!!

And he STILL doesn’t have any experience to take us through these times....but people think a guy with NO experience can fix the economic problems of the greatest, once strongest nation on earth...

People bought that bill of goods (I didn’t) and still believe it.
