      that a realtor really needs to learn their craft with the way the market is now. What I mean ....a few years back the market was hand over fist deals, alot of people were getting their licenses, getting listings and buyers thrown at them and deal after deal just happened  and the cash just flowed from what I understand. I got my license after that little boom and feel I have gotten off to a very slow start and have had to learn and earn every single dollar on every single step along the way, which is great, I love learning and earning...LOL. So back to my original question....

      Do you think that Realtors today, as opposed to the Realtors of the early 2000’s have to really learn the business more today to get the deals done right and walk away from the settlement tables with happy buyers and sellers?
