For those of you out there who confess that you do have a best female friend, do you truly value her opinions? I for one claim my oldest daughter as my best friend and she has never told me a lie when giving me her opinion and her opinions are valid. I also know that some women who claim to be best friends can sometimes, be catty, or a snake in the grass covered in jealosuy and deceit, have anyone ever experienced this from a so-called best friend?

        • I used to claim one as a best friend but she turned on me just to please a man and then the tables turned on her the same person she turned on me for turned on her and she tried to run back to me and wanted my friendship, but I keep her apart from me.

        • heart only in high school. Anyone that I call my best friend is. It takes along time for me to trust someone to that depth. I have had “close” friends be jealous little kittens but thats a different catagory.

        • I have been blessed to have bff’s from several stages in my life. At times it has worked out, at other times jealousy, envy, efforts to fit in with others have blocked the rrelationships, but the really ture ones have been with me always. I do trust and value them, they are my family
