      Hi estatic,
      I’m new to this group and I noticed that the last entry was quite a while ago. If anyone does read this, how was your pain today? Mine was so-so, I’d say a 7 on a scale of 1 - 10 with  being awesome and 10 being Oh Dear God it hurts!

        • Yes, I do keep track of this group..my pain level has been 7-8 lately, due to changes in weather, stress during this time of year, over-doing it...trying to slow down.

        • Hi I am new to the site. And just happened to see this. My mother has Fibromyalgia at first I witnessed so much pain in her eyes. Took her to the hospital on several occasions because she just could not move. The steriods seem to help but just temporarily so right what seems to work is lyrica.  We try walking to keep her moving but she has her moments.
