Satan gains a lot of ground in the lives of believers through emotions. We constantly talk about how we feel and unfortunately, there are many people out there who let their feelings control them. It has been saide that emotions are the believer’s number-one enemy. Feelings are powerful tools that can help us or prevent us from fulfilling our real purpose.

Emotions are not who we are - they are how we feel. You have spirit, you have soul, and you live in a body. Your emotions are part of your soul; they belong to you, you don’t belong to them.

The Bible says God tries or tests our emotions. (see Psalm 7:9)
