      Many people do not like to exercise and don’t! However, when you choose to exercise, you are making the choice to improve your fitness and your health together. The toughest decision you will need to make, is what type of exercise you should be doing. You want to make sure it is both effective and low impact.

      One of the most effective methods of exercise that gives a low impact cardio exercise is a workout with an exercise bike. If you are looking to improve all areas of your body and improve the circulation of blood, bike exercise is for you.

      However, what is great about bike exercise is that unlike many other types, you exercise while watching the television or even reading a book. Either one will help in giving you a longer workout, without the boredom.

      You get a cardiovascular workout with both a traditional exercise bike and a stationary exercise bike. The biggest difference between the two is that you are not outside with a stationary bike, you do not benefit from the fresh air. However, you do avoid the jolts and bumps that the ground generally has waiting for you.

      What is great about working out with an exercise bike is that it is an aerobic workout and can be performed with effectiveness and safety at the same time.  

      As always you should consult with your physician before starting any type of exercise regimen.
