Do you have (and use) exercise and yoga videos/DVDs? What are your favorites?

      My favorites are:
Yoga Zone - “Flexibility and Stress Release”
Ravi & Ana Kundalini Yoga - “Ultimate Stretch Workout”
      MTV Power Yoga
      MTV Pilates Mix

        • This topic was just on my mind. I remembered I had a DVD of Debbie Seibers Slim in 6 and I put it in the machine this afternoon. I was winded in a matter of minutes. But, I told my husband that between now and Christmas I will commit to using it on a regular basis. Then I came in here, cruised through the community topics and here you are! An omen perhaps?

There is a woman on my husband’s board of directors who is in her late 50’s and looks absolutely incredible. I finally got up the nerve to ask her about her fitness routine. She told me she’s been doing the firm workouts for 20 years. She loves them. Efficient, no special equipment required, workout in the privacy of your own home, done in an hour and they have worked for her. Good enough for me.

I’m curious to hear about the workout videos others like to use.

        • WOW, this is too funny.  I was thinking of asking for some pilates dvds for Christmas.  I’ve taken pilates classes before and I enjoy them, but my gym gives the classes at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is not convenient for me.

I hadn’t done yoga since high school and then took a class at the gym.  That class was a quick reminder of how old I am.  Needless to say, I never took the class again.

I would also like to know if anyone has any favorite pilates dvds.

        • My three favorite DVD’s are:

          Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh
Fat Free Yoga with Ravi Singh and Ana Brett
Kundalni Yoga for Beginners and Beyond (also with Ravi and Ana)

I also absolutely love the Jiva Diva Yoga Jam podcast.
