        • Good Morning....
          I have been doing my journaling consistantly. Tomorrow is my weigh in. I also have been walking daily, hip hop abs 4 x’s a week and some yoga/pilates.
          I am still struggling with the middle age waist crap so if anyone has any advice....PLEASE!!!!!!

        • Thanks Vicki...I just got your note. I say whoever logs in first and it hasn’t been done...then just go on and start it.  I think that works great myself.  That’s what I ended up doing yesterday.  That way no one feels pressured to get to it.  

          I weighed this morning and I’ve done nothing.  Of course...the Girl Scout lady came today and of course I had bought one box of cookies...I’m giving them to others.  

          Drinking my water....taken my JP...trying to decide what I’m having for lunch.  Probably a salad.

          Good for you Vicki...keep up the good work!!!

          Good luck with Turbo jams.
          Mary try to have some protein with your salad. It will help satisfy you and fill you a little more.

        • I’ve been good all day and did a veg casserole in the slow cooker which I had for lunch and supper (it’s 6pm here)  

          I’m now not eating after 7pm which helps ..
