I have been though major changes and challenges in my life. I have always been a very busy woman. I started as an Interior Designer at an Architectural Firm (for over twenty years) and got very burned out working 50- 70 hours a week!
I also have made jewelry for over twenty years and decided to transition from my former career into jewlery design full-time and started my business, Adornmenti, in the Fall of 2003. I finally went full-time with my business in January of 2007. It has been an intersting rollercoaster ride ever since!
My biggest challenge these days is finding balance and allowing myself to relax and “just be“. It does not feel natural for a “human doing” to rest and re-charge her batteries. I can tell you after a few chronic health issues, that you HAVE TO MAKE TIME TO
RE-CHARGE YOUR BATTERIES, or it catches up with you!
So I am making peace with Yoga, meditation and letting go.
