  • Fish in a baguette

      This recipe calls for the whole trout, however, I used fillet of salmon and it turned out great.

      Baguette sliced sideways with dough scooped out

      Wash the fish, dry it and cover it with sauce.

      Place the whole fish on top of the baguette and cover with the other baguette piece


      5 table spoons of mayo
      5 table spoons of sour cream
      Salt and Pepper to taste

      cover the top bread with the remainder of the sauce

      place in hot oven at 360F degrees  for 30 minute

      take off the top piece of the baguette and place next to the fish while baking for an additional 15  minutes.

      Serve with the top piece on top.

      Looks like a giant sandwich, tastes fantastic
