Focus! What are you focused on? Are you focused on a problem, issue or storm in your life? Are you focused on the mountains and giants, roadblocks and hindrances in your life?  What are you focused on? Whatever you are focused on, becomes bigger than that which you are not focused on. Whatever you're focused on becomes magnified and large in your life.  Focus!

When you focus on your problem, it becomes huge; when you focus on an issue it becomes overwhelming. When you concentrate on a mountain and keep your eyes on the giants, they appear larger and greater than they really are. Focus on the solution; keep your eyes on the way out. Focus!

When Jesus called Peter to walk on the water, Peter stepped out of the boat.  When Peter stepped out of the boat, he was walking on the water, and focused on Jesus. When he took his eyes off of the Christ, and he began to look at the storm, the storm took over and his faith began to fail. First Jesus was the focus; Jesus was magnified; Jesus was all that mattered and Peter was able to accomplish the impossible. Then when Peter's focus changed, his situation changed. When he focused on the storm and the winds, the storm had control of him and was able to cause him to fail because of fear. Focus!

Whatever you look at in your life, the most, will control you. If your focus is on Christ; if your focus is on the Lord, then He becomes magnified in your life. He becomes larger than your life issues; bigger than your natural circumstances and whatever comes along with the Lord, becomes a part of your life. The victory, the deliverance, the healing, the restoration, the peace, the joy and all the blessings and promises offered to us, becomes ours, when we keep our minds and eyes fixed and focused on Him. Focus!

Can you make the Lord larger than He is? No. But you can make Him larger in your life; more real in your situation; more powerful in your walk. God is God all by Himself. But in order to experience His fullness and abundant life, He has to be your focus.  Keep your eyes on Him...the lover of your soul, the Savior of the world, the Way out of bondage, the giver of life and the Truth that does not change.

"O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears." Psalm 34:3-4
"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee." Isaiah 26:3
