        • Hi Ladies, I just signed on to your group... This sounds GREAT!! Yesterday I had finally decided it was time to dust off my steps, weights and firm vidieo... I NEED to lose all this weight I had gained over the past year. I also am new to Fabously 40. So any help on what I am doing would be appriciated. i see that everyone on here has been doing this for a while. If some one could explain what you ladies are doing (keeping track, challenges,ect.). I am not currently involved with weight watchers ( I am familar with it), but I have changed my eating habits and now it is time to work off the inches....Thanks you much,

        • Welcome Meto!   Glad you joined us!  We‘re pretty friendly around here and will help you any way we can.    

          Basicly there’s a new challenge postedevery week—- like the 20 minute exercie challange.  One week it was drinking  water, the “you bite it, you write it” journal keeping week...etc.   You don’t have to be on Weight Watchers to participate.  We‘re here to encourage each other because we all need “cheerleaders” in this weight loss endevour.  

          FYI -  I’ve done my walking/running so far this week.  30 minutes/3x.  I’ve burned 760 calories!  I’ll be walking tomorrow and maybe Sunday as well.  I’m hoping to lose the 2.6 pounds I gained last week!!!!

          How is everyone else doing???

          Well my goal is to lose 40 lbs. before this year is over!! Hopefully i can do it sooner. My BIG 50 Is coming up April 10th So my short term goal is to lose 10 more lbs. ( or at least get close to it. I have succsessfully kept 5 off (lost 10) but battling. Excercise is what I need and i have started today with a 55 min workout... I did the whole thing but walked in place for parts of it,soI wouldn’t go in cardiac arrest!! LOL I am looking forward to keeping track with you ladies and appriciate your support! I truely believe this will give me the “want” to keep going :)

        • Well good week so far and still doing the daily 5K round the park with dog and daughter ..
          Still been good with food and no naughty stuff ..

          I’m buying a slow cooker to do wholesome veg casseroles over the coming weeks as salad is getting to me so need to be more creative on my cooking
