        • Good Luck today Ladies!

          I am 4/5. I am good on water, still struggling to eat more veggies and I was off my workout schedule a bit this week.

          SuperBowl is coming up and I am putting together a veggie tray, chicken wings with and without sauce, baked chips n salsa and lite beer.

        • Congrats Annie!!  Hang in there.  My weigh-in is on Monday - The day after the Superbowl party.... Eeeeeks!  How will I ever manage to stay away from the “all-time-fav” Doritos????

        • First I want to thank Annie for being an awesome group leader. She emailed me and is helping me get back on track.

          I’ve gained 8 lbs since my surgery 11/17. This week I finally was able to do 30 mins on the eliptical and NO PAIN. I am so happy.

          I have to work out due to I have stubborn fat on my body. Well I have worked out, Wed, Thur and Fri. I plan on continuing this weekend too.

          I am praying for a loss on this Wednesday and will be sure to check in.

          I am 5/5 on tracking but exercising for me is not so good .Im making veggie pizza for super bowl...yummy! We are going to have lots of veggies and fruit, some chips not to many but I can work it in .
          I have saved my extra points in case I need them for that day .
          We can do it !!

        • Do you have the 2-by-4 recipe? IT IS WW

          2 lbs. ground turkey
          2 cans (black label) chili beans-I get the ones with jalapenos in the bottom!
          2 cans rotel (you can pick mild or hot)
          2 cans progresso low sodium minestrone soup

          You cook the turkey, dump the rest in, heat and eat. I eat with low sodium crakers (5=1pt)

          1.5 cups = 4 points. It is so wonderful. Has become a staple in my house.

          ENJOY!!!!
