    • Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

1/2C. frozen (thawed) orange juice, undiluted
      1/4C honey
      2Tbs Vinegar
      1/4tsp. salt
      2/3C salad oil
      1Tbs. Poppy seeds

Combine O.J., honey, vinegar and salt in blender. Gradually add salad oil while blending until thick. Stir in poppy seeds. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve over fresh fruit salad. (Any combination of balls of watermelon, cantelope, honeymelon, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries)

I make a double or triple batch of dressing for a large fruit salad....

This dressing is also good on salad of baby spinach leaves, mandarin oranges, craisins and sliced almonds.
