      How to Get Nice Legs

      1. Do various jumps

      Jump on a mini-trampoline (highly recommended during tv commercials), do rapid standing long jumps, rapid standing high jumps, jumping jacks, and jumping rope.

      If you haven’t figured it out, jumping is quite important and natural when it comes to leg development. Now, a word of caution. If you‘re severely overweight, you may not want to do most of these jumps because they possibly will put too much pressure on your ligaments and joints.

      But the mini-trampoline would still be good for you.

      The standing long jump... just like when you were a child in gym class. Stand, swing your arms, and jump as far as you can. The only difference, continue to do these jumps for 1 minute non-stop.

      The standing high jump... just stand, crouch down a bit, then launch yourself upwards as high as you can. Once you land, do it again. As fast as you can for a total of 1 minute non-stop.

      This works both the muscles and your cardio conditioning.

      Jumping rope... do it for 10 minutes total. Doesn’t have to be all at once. Mini-trampoline jumping... do during 3 minute tv commercial breaks. Jumping jacks... the same, during tv commercial breaks.

      As you can see, you have a lot of options there. Try each of them and see how it goes and work adjust from there.

      2. 15 Degree incline walking

      Doint sprints up stairs or up a hill works better, but this also works great too. This is more DOABLE for most people. I don’t expect you to have a hill nearby that you can use often, so you’d do these on a treadmill that inclines. Set it to an incline rate of about 15 degrees (not much) and get walking.

      Now, 15 degrees doesn’t look like much of an incline, but you’ll see that it is. Just walk 20 minutes at a pace of 3-4mph. Do this 3-4 days and your legs will dramatically transform within the coming weeks. NOTE: If you have poor ankle flexibility and your ankles start to hurt at this incline, lower the incline to 10 degrees.
