      1 lb fish fillets
      3 tbsp grated ginger root
      OR
      3 tsp ground ginger
      1 tbsp lime juice
      1 tbsp soy sauce
      1 cup finely chopped chives
      1/2 cup finely chopped chadon beni
      Salt & ground pepper to taste

      Season fillets with all ingredients. Let marinate for 15 minutes or longer in the refrigerator.
      Place fish in a steamer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
      Serve hot over couscous and steamed veggies.
