        • When I forst started mine I felt silly. But then I noticed as I focused on positive things my days did look brighter.

I write in mine nightly before bed. Mine is actually a journal that is not online.

I’m pretty positive my outlook is sunnier than not on most days.

Keeping it simple is really helpful estatic

        • I have a habit of noting what to be grateful for in my head and heart every day. What I write down and then ignore is what I’ve struggled with. Writing those down is like purging and I have room to focus on all the good stuff. ;oD  Life is not easy at this time but there is still plenty to be grateful for.

        • So glad to help out Annie...I think we all take for granted so many things throughout our day.  I love the notebook idea in your purse Annie.  I think I will do that too.

        • I haven’t had trouble thinking of things to be grateful for.  However, I haven’t been keeping a journal offline.  I try to thank God for my blessings every day as well as bring Him my concerns too.

This is a great idea!  I look forward to jotting down my 5 things daily!  estaticestatic

        • To be honest I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it but once I started typing them down, It made me feel good to let others know and It made me think about other things I am grateful for like today, I was thinking how grateful I am for water cause I was so thirsty and for this beautiful weather we have been having and so on....Before I never wrote any of this down, It’s great now I can type it here and in a journal.happy Thanks Annie!

        • Annie, that’s just exactly my attitude today.  I woke up in a bad mood.  And when I got on here, I could think of nothing to put in the gratitude diary.  the second time I got on here, I made myself come up with five things.  Just thinking about those five positives made me feel better.

I haven’t been keeping a diary offline.  I wouldn’t remember to do it.  Here I feel sort of accountable, that you all are reminding me to do it and I’m really enjoying it.
