      Grilled Potatoes with Red Onion, Dill & Lemon Pepper

      Red potatoes - enough to serve 4:
      (par boil in salt water until still crisp but can poke a steak knife easily into), drain water and cut potatoes into large bite size pieces

      Melt:

         4 T olive oil

         4 T butter

         1 tsp dill weed

         1 tsp lemon pepper

      Red onion, 1/2 medium, cut in thin wedges, separated.

      Toss par boiled potatoes and onion in butter mixture.  Add fresh parsley, opt.  Grill in foil packet 350 degrees, 12 minutes per side.
