        • Sugar...Ecclesiastes says there’s a time to mourn and a time to laugh...God also says in His word that He will turn our our mourning into dancing... and our sorrow into joy...He created our emotions...don’t deny yourself of your time to will only affect you sometime later in life...God understands our mourning and our grief....God gave me an acronym for grief a while back and i didn’t understand i know...He showed me that as we grieve we also heal...tears are healing and cleansing at the same is my acronym for grief...

I hope this helps. I will keep you in prayer.
As you start feeling grief and saddness take a minute or two to dance or sing a song of praise to Him. He is our comforter and is always there for us...
          He’s such an amazing God!!!!!
