My husband loves oysters. Me, not so much. Costco has U.S. harvested oysters that have been quick frozen and he likes to make oysters Rockefeller with them. I prefer a good piece of locally caught fish on the grill. But that with a salad and vegetable and we’ll have a nice healthy meal. This is a change of pace for Joe. He’s quite a carnivore so sunday grilling usually involves steak or ribs or a roast on the spit.

        • Funny you mention oysters, Cynthia..Bob’s family would eat oyster stew every Christmas Eve for years and it really did not appeal to me..a little slimy looking..lol..recently, our son Steve wanted to make the stew and I hoped he would forget about it and he did, am I mean?..lol.

Tonight, we are having grilled chicken marinated in meyer lemon, steak, corn on the cob, steamed asparagus and a spinach salad with chilled crab meat.happy
