      Grilled “Lemon Pepper” Chicken Hind Quarters

      Hind Quarters, cut free of excess skin and fat, wash and pat dry.
      Place on double layer of heavy duty foil. (1-3 hind-quarters per packet)
      Sprinkle liberally with lemon pepper.
      Wrap foil around chicken and seal tightly.
      Grill for 1 hour, or until tender, at 350 degrees (flip occasionally).
      When chicken is tender, remove from foil and place directly on grill grates until browned.
