Happy 4th!!!
I’m just hanging out at home. Got the garden watered this morning before it got hot. I’ve been working on doing up my dishes and cleaning up the kitchen today. Reading a book in between.
Then my girls came over and we drank a couple pitchers of pina coladas. Yum!!!!
I trimmed and painted Graciebabe’s toenails and she painted mine. Gotta love that little redneck of mine. She’s been painting her toenails hunter orange to go with her camoflage flip flops. 
Right now I’m making gluten free waffles to put in the freezer to have on hand for breakfasts. Hubby wants chicken fried steak for supper. Don’t wanna go to that much fuss, but I guess he’s worth it.

We‘re packing for our trip. Our granddaughter came over this morning. She’s coming back with her mom and step dad for a barbeque and fireworks later on.
Good Morning! We had a very quiet day alone, just the two of us. Steve headed to a bbq and pool party and an overnight at a friend’s home.
At 12:45 a.m. this morning, a bunch of drunk, young teens were running down the street, tossing people’s trash cans and recycle cans into the street, breaking glass and causing havoc.
I woke up hubby and he had to go out and clean up everything as did other neighbors. Not sure if the police caught them or not. Three kids were shot during the 4th of July extravaganza in Philadelphia....all in all, it was a VERY BAD day!
It was a quiet 4th of July for me I spent time with the neighbors and we hung out.
