I would love to have members share some recipes for SIMPLE healthy cooking.  I say simple because my kitchen is not equipped with a variety of instruments for preparing foods; and I don’t want to have to go out and buy all kinds of spices, etc to prepare a meal that I might not enjoy!  I just get tired of cooking the same things each week for just two of us.  We are working hard to stay, or get, in shape and it is important to us to eat healthy.

      Thanks!

        • Hello one of my favorite recipes is my easy chicken stirfry.

Buy 1 package Purdue grilled chicken (pre-cooked) and season with whatever your favorite easy seasonings.  Heat up your wok at medium with a couple table spoons of extra virgin olive oil.  Chop up 2 peppers and 1 small onions or 3 stalks of scallion onions and throw them in the wok, with 1/2 cup of water and place the cover over the wok...turn the heat down to low for about 7 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.  After the peppers and onions are getting soft, throw the chicken in for another 7 minutes.  If you use Soy or Worsteshire sauce when it is almost finished.  Cook to your desired level (medium or well another 3 minutes) and that is it.

Pour you favorite white wine and you are finished.

I use different spices and try different wines.  I hope this helps.
