I just finished reading this book and was blown away. It was written in more of a simple way, maybe making it such an easy read for me, but it made it so colorful that you could see some of the things that were described. You could actually envision them.
I was amazed at what this, then 4 year old, said, described, recounted that happened to him while in the hospital ungoing surgery. I admit that I thought to myself during the book, I really hope that this isn’t something that was made up to make for a good book. Then I thought, there are too many things that people could come out and verify or show as not true. So, it has to have happened as they said.
The question is then, will unbelievers read this book and come away believing or being even more skeptical. I know that, for me, it gave me even more of a peace and understanding of Heaven through the eyes of a child but who saw it just as real, or even more so, than I can imagine from what I have read in the bible. It gives me a peace that can’t be understood.
This is a book that is a must read. I can’t go into too many details about the book because then it will take away from what you may get out of this book. Suffice it to say, this is a book that anyone in the family could read, including my 9 year old daughter. I highly recommend it.
