Hell

Seems like I’ve been down this road
before. Knowing that, there’s no need
to explore.I know what’s behind every
hidden door.The answers are so very
clear.  

I’m not going to choose to lose this
time. I’ve hurt enough and now I’ve
made up my mind. I’m really leaving
you this time.  

Oh I know I’ve left so many times
before, and I know how often I’ve
come back through those doors.

But this time is the last time you
see, because this time I’m taking
all of me.
I’m taking the memories the good and
the bad, and all of the heartaches
I’ve ever had.
I’m taking the painyou’ve given me,
and all of the times you mistreated
me. I’m taking the love I have for
you and there will be
nothing left of me and you.

I won’t have to come back you see
because I’ll have it all to remind me
of the Hell I once knew as a result of
living with you.
