      Howdy!

I mostly eat raw fruits, vegetables, sprouts and nuts. About 90% of my diet.  Occasionally I’ll have some steamed vegetables and about once a month I’ll have a cooked meal at my husbands favorite Lebanese restaurant.

Been eating High Raw/Living Foods for just a little over 100 days now. I’ve lost over 30 lbs and healed a lot of annoying health issues, like insomnia in the last few months. My husband has healed his prostate problems amongst other problems, which has been a real blessing to our marriage.

We spent 2 years 100% raw back in the mid ‘80’s after being in a horrible auto accident. We went on the diet to recover and it worked well to heal our injuries. But later we decided to add in grains and gradually went back to eating a cooked American Vegan diet.  We still tried to eat mostly Raw/Living Diet during the summer months, but didn’t stick with it very well.

Now being older and having armed myself with more information and being less ridged, it is has become a much better diet for me than just being vegan.  My health and emotional attitude is just so much better in the last 100 days that I wish we would have just stayed with the Raw/Living Foods.

I feel better than I did in my 30’s!

      Anyhow,

I just wanted to introduce myself.
