  • How Do You Deal with Losing Flexibility?

      I’m still quite flexible for a 48 year old. As my son tells me, most 48 year olds don’t workout to the level that I do anyway...he can barely keep up with me! tongue out

      Over the years, I have noticed a loss of flexibility. I try to stretch everyday. I have a home dance studio too, so it’s quite convenient to either do a barre or floor barre.  

      However, my back is no where near as flexible as it used to be! After 6 years back to ballet (and en pointe) my cambre is still oh not so pretty.

      Any thoughts on improving back flexibility at ‘our age?’
