        • I have one .......its very unusual in the UK - I had a company come and make it bespoke called California Closets. I love it and so do my friends it cost me a small fortune and yes it exposes all my weaknesses such as huge shoe collection and Anya Hindmarch handbags but hey I earned it and I’m worth it .....the trouble is I can never leave my apartment .....

        • I have two walkin closets.  The one in my bedroom is the size of a very large bathroom or small bedroom.  I just love it!  The other one is upstairs and is a walkin cedar closet also the size of a small bedroom.  Great for storage.

Having walkins now, I dont think I could ever live without them.

          xoxo

        • I finally brokedown and got a California Closet installed in our master while my husband was away on a business trip.  Of course, I had to get all the bells & whistles, but he loves it AND it adds value to the house!

        • I have a walk in closet in my master bedroom and my son has one in his room. It’s a nice size and I love it. When I’m stressed and need some quiet time, I go in there to hide.

        • Exactly Inakika, we have walk in closets and I love it.  I use it to get away sometimes also, it’s dark and quiet.  I’m thinking about putting a vanity table in there too.

        • LORI!! LOL!
My closet is accessible by walking through my master bathroom. What’s nice is my husband decided that since I am the only girl and I had never had any privacy before, I could have the bathroom for myself. So, it feels like my own room when I close the double doors to my bathroom.

        • I have the teeniest clost...all the closets in our home are small. With the exception of the closets in our daughters room. We converted our attic in a nic bedroom for them and my hubby built huge custom clostes on either side for each girl. They are sooo lucky!

Having my Ranch house built and cannot wait until it is done to be in heaven again.

        • I had a walk in closet in my last house.  I do not miss it.  I didn’t have enough clothes to bother about having a closet, much less a walk in one.  It eventually filled up with “stuff” and I could hardly get in the door.

        • Its the best money spent. When my husband and I moved into our house, we had an extra bedroom and I had a company similar to California Closets - called “Closets By Design” come to our home and make one of the bedrooms into a walk-in closet since all the closets in the house were very tiny. It’s something I have wanted my whole life since I’ve always had minimal closet space. I could not function without it because it was the best and most practical money we ever spent. We share the room and its great to be able to walk in a see everything. I recommend it to anyone.
