I love it....and since being on Juice plus...I am rarely sick.  Last cold and flu season....didn’t catch a thing.  It definitely boosts your immunity.

Plus they make gummies for kids  that gets all of their fruits and vegetables in as well.

Plus...I try to eat what I can as well...in addition to the Juice Plus.

(without the calories!!!!)  I’ve been drinking it for the last year and have never felt better...more energy, no pain from arthritis (used to take prescription medication for this), better skin, improved mood and I have not been sick once in the past year!!!  It’s worth a try...I am so glad I did!  My health and life are sooo much better.

        • Our family uses Mannatech products. We have Phyt-Aloe which is the extracted phytonutrients from some of the most powerful phytonutrient producing veggies and fruits. There is a kid’s version in a gummy bear formula as well with added anti-oxidants. We haven’t been to the doctor sick in almost 10 years. None of my children under 13 have ever taken a prescription drug, and we don’t take otc meds either. I know it is because of the nutritional supplements we take!

Juice Plus is the only company that I know that constantly does studies on their products and researches results..etc..at such universities as Duke University....etc,.  very reputable universities.  They are constantly testing their products and it’s results.  They are amazing.

I started to sleep a heck of alot better...and I just feel good overall.  I notice all of that after a month..but they say it takes a good 4 months to get it all into your system.

yes, it takes 4 months to totally replace you entire blood cells in your body and build up a healthier structure.  :)

I like your smiley face BTW!

        • I truly believe that is what is wrong with our health these days.  We eat waaaaaay tooo much processed foods, too much sugar....and never the amount of fruits and vegetables we should be eating DAILY.

I know if I’m cooking dinner and I put out on a pretty plate or tray...raw vegetables with a fat free dip like ranch...my family will snack on it.

But with the Juice Plus...no drinking anything.  I can’t drink V8 but love to add it to my homemade vegetable soup.  I take two capsules of vegetables and two of fruits.  I get it all in...but add by actually eating them.

        • Daphne,
We sprinkle the Phyt-Aloe on top of the veggies we do eat. I sprinkle it on Pizza, and the kids love it sprinkled on popcorn. Mary, there are many companies that do research. All the good ones do to some extent. Because of Mannatech’s glyconutrient discoveries and developments, I would venture that they have more research to back their products. The youtube presentation on on my profile lists off some of the more prominent ones. Juice Plus and Mannatech get their freeze dried fruits and veggies from the same company so I am sure both products are good. We eat lots of fruits and veggies anyway, but because of the nutrient losses due to green harvesting, soil depletion from commercial farming, and chemical uses (fertilizers and pesticides) I know we still don’t get enough. Even the govt now says we should eat 10-12 servings instead of 5-8. It’s crazy - we are already the most obese nation in the world, and yet the answer is eat more empty calories.

        • Dear Annie123: I agree with you totally.  Juice Plus and other good nutrition supplement out there are for SUPPLEMENT.  We should eat as many raw fruits and vegetable daily if possible.  Wish I were back to my country, tropical fruits are always so much juicier and sweeter!  Mmmh, mango, longan, lychee, star fruits, pineapple and much more... yum yum!

        • It’s darn near impossible to get what we need from our food these days. I supplement with ViSalus Vi-Pak. It has four components - 1. a chelated (better absorption) multi-mineral and vitamin. Make sure your minerals are chelated or you will NOY absorb them. 2. Supercharged Anti-Oxidant with 26 powerful anti-oxidants and an ORAC value like no other. (ORAC is a measure of a product’s ability to scavenge free radical attacks). 3. Omega Vitals-all the essential oils that your body needs and does not create naturally. You can only get these oils from foods and as mentioned above, we are not getting the nutrition we need from our foods these days. 4. PATENTED Anti-Aging/Energy-this product goes to the mitochondria of our cells and repairs and reverses DNA damage. The patent means it has been proven to slow down the aging process. We get 7 trillion free radical attacks every second to our cells. Just taking a breath causes oxidation to our cells. We need to protect ourselves and, in my opinion, this product is the best on the market.

However, since I started using [Link Removed] we are getting all that dense nutrition everyday.  They have two great products - IsaGreens and IsaFruits.  You can add them to just about anything and you get the vitamins you need.

We still eat fruit and veg of course!  But now, I know that we are actually getting ALL we need everyday.  We too missed out on all the winter colds last year due to this major change in our diets.

        • I used to take and sell Mannatech products. They were WONDERFUL and my kids loved them too. I may still go back to manna bears and glycobears. We all felt much better in them too. It just got to be a bit pricey for our budget and I started to dread all the pills and mixing.

There is a wonderful cookbook written by Jessica Sienfeld wife of Jerry called Deceptively Delicious that teaches you how to puree veggies and add them to your usualy dishes. It a wonder especially when it comes to my husband and my youngest son who has autism and wont touch anything that doesnt look or smell right to him. Check it out the next time you‘re in Borders!

        • Dell58,
I always work with my team members to help them get their products self funded. It really isn’t that hard. What I get frustrated with is the pricey-ness of the products we purchase at the grocery store that they try to pass off as food, but it is nutritionally void. With Phyt-Aloe, you get your daily serving of phytonutrients (equivalent of what is in 5-8 fruits and veggie servings) for about 35 cents. I do understand what you mean though about added cost. Our bellies won’t let us go without eating, and we won’t starve to death on empty calories. For our family the benefits are ones we can’t live without so we find a way to manage.

Annie, the only way I have found to ‘hide’ them from my husband is to put them in the blender. I love onions and bell peppers, but he has issues with ‘chunks‘. We even have to puree the salsa! LOL He likes slimy mushrooms though. Go figure!

          Vigirl,
I have to disagree about chelated. Rocks are rocks - cheleated just means they are smaller. Even the liquid nutritional supplements include chelated minerals, but they are still coming from a non-food source. There is a new generation of whole food vitamins out there. Our PhytoMatrix multi even has food source minerals. Up until they patented the process of hydroponically growing plants in mineral rich water that was not possible. Food sourced vitamins and minerals are 100% bio-available. I have seen several other multis out there that claim to be completely food source, and others are saying they are 100% raw. The raw I don’t get - how could they be raw?
I am interested in the ORAC value of the anti-oxidant though. Ours used to be the best at over 17,000 per serving but that was a few years ago when it was independently tested against others on the market. Someone told me about a blueberry product from Alaska that was in the 30,000 range, but I don’t know what assay they used. Mannatech developed what has become the gold standard (the USDA has adopted it) because it measures both water and fat soluability.
I think we can all agree that good supplements are helpful, and there are alot of good supplements out there. :)

That is why I said what I said at the end. Most good companies have competitive and similar benefits. Some don’t require monthly orders, others do. Sounds like many of us have already found a company that we like. I bet Dell still has an account with Mannatech - they never terminate you, even if you don’t order for years. We have no membership cost.

        • Yes I still have my mannpages site page but I didnt re-enroll after my first year. So now if I want to place an order I would need to join the company again. I may do that just for the mannabears and the glycobears. I still have so much product left its ridiculous. So maybe I’ll do the $39 basic registration pack this time. Last time we went whole hog and spent over $300. Does my original enroller still get credit to her team if I do or is it like Im starting out on my own?
