San Diego has beautiful beaches, but the water is so cold that it’s really no pleasure to swim.

Yana....I have a nephew living in San Fran and he says the water is cold too. It’s no fun if you can’t go in the water. Today...the ocean water here on the south east coast was wonderful. It felt great!
