    • I love food! Omg do I! I went from a size 9 to 16 to 22 to 26 all the way to size 32. I am tall 6ft 3 1/2 inches so I probally passed for a size 28 to 30. And of course I tried to hide my wieght so I wore bigger clothes. But, I still loved my food and ALL the wrong choices of food.
      I hated being fat ,so I ate more, then regret kicked in.
      It was a vicious cycle.
      So,about a year and a half ago when I couldnt fit comfortable in a ride at Knotts berry farm without making a sepecticle of myself I had enough.
      I read everything and anything about wieght loss...not diets. I had tried them all some more than once....or four times! Then I made up my own. For me.
      I took what I thought made sence and adjusted it for me.
      First was even though I was on my feet alot during the day for wk I also was on my butt alot in eetings. So, I started walking everyday,or evening rain or sun I walked and adjusted the pace as I got comfy. Then came the food...ohhhhh so I ate breakfast of oatmeal,vanillia yorgurt topped with blueberrys every morning. (hate to eat in am still do) but it was filling and healthy. And water with lemon all day long. Light lunch I would mix this up and I stopped eating out at lunch, brown bagged it set up a small type kitchen in my office.
      Fridge,microwave,toaster oven ,blender and propotioned everything.
      Dinner for me was fish or chicken.but I cooked and baked all my familys favorites but I would have none of it. Then I added going up and down my stairs 6 to 8 times a night there are 23 stairs.
      And wieght started coming off.
      I got down to a size 22 before I found out I was ill. I am now a size 16 and I still walk and do yoga (need to tighten what gravity isnt any longer lol) I have lost 81 lbs and I feel and look great I can now go into any store to buy clothes which at sz 16 have some wiggle room. I rarely stand on a scale. Hate that I always feel fat after that.
      Im happy with where Im at I just NEED to tone ugh!
      But, I still adore myfood. What I ve found is I can’t eat alittle and stop unless Ive proportioned it. So if not ill skip it.
      I am getting ready for my one and only 5k (3.1 miles) and then I can say I did one.
