    • It seemed as if I wasn’t getting anywhere in an attempt to lose weight. So I just made it my goal to move, move, move! I walk more, dance some and climb stairs whenever possible. I changed my eating habits, over the last two years I’ve been working at a restaurant that has more health food choices than when I lived in Texas. I have lost 4 sizes in jeans, well actually 6. I was a 14 and just the other day I purchased a size 8 @ Target. I am so proud of myself. I still don’t know how much I way, but the inches tell the story. heart

          Last fall when I lost my job, I gained so much weight that I could no longer get comfortably into my “fat” pants.  I decided I had to do something.  

          And I did just like you- got moving.  It took awhile to see results, but after deciding I was done with the restaurant business, I got a job that keeps me moving all day and sweating all summer.  I’m down a jean size so far.

          Doesn’t it feel good????
