5.0 out of 5 stars “Loving Yourself“, August 28, 2008
      By Heather Mirassou

When was the last time you took care of you? When did you last look at yourself and find all the beauty in you? When was the last time you lived your passions and dreams? You don’t have to be 50-55 to reclaim your passions and dreams. When we are busy with our families, careers and other commitments we rarely have time to live our dreams. Stepahnie Marston takes the mystery and fear out of taking control of our lives and living our dreams.

It’s time we pick-up a pen and write, play an instrument, climb a mountain, swim naked, etc. She reminds us how important it is to love ourselves and live our passions and dreams. It’s time to take care of us and live life as we dreamed. Find those lost passions and fulfill those desires. Be the happiest and most fulfilled by living, praying, doing and loving ourselves and others.

        • Oh yes, me too!  I lost myself for two years.  I just started to write in the last month after two years of distractions.  It is so empowering and uplifting.

        • I lost myself completely. I don’t remember when I did anything for myself..it’s scary. Any advise how to start looking after myself would be appreciated.

        • This is the book for you.  You may also want to try “Journey” by John Eldredge and “Captivating a Woman’s Heart” by Stasi & John Eldrege.  Another favorite is “Self Talk, Soul Talk” I can’t remember author’s name off hand and husband’s asleep where book is.  You can find it on amazon really cheap.  Good luck.  I lost myself for many years too! These books saved me, myself & I and my life!
