It is so sad, but rings true in my opinion, "common sense ain't so common" why is it that it seems people are just plain ole ignorant these days and don't seem to care about being that way? I mean I'm dealing with people who are suppose to be old enough to know better. I thought wisdom came with aging, but I guess God doesn't dish out his sacred blessing on everyone. I have stood flabbergasted with mouth wide open at some of the things I see and hear coming from people who I thought would know better. I'm in awe at how ignorant people are and think its ok. WOW! It's just blows me away and then when you speak on their stupidity they look at you as though its you with the issues or that you're the ignorant one. I guess I'm blessed to know that God thought enough of me to bless me with his godly wisdom lol.

        • What bugs me most about those ignorant people is that they are proud of the way they are and have no desire to learn anything more than they already know (which isn’t much!!!)

        • Right, Tuliplady?  And there are two phrases that I’ve come to regard as signs of this (lack of) mentality:

          1. Any sentence starting with “Maybe YOU—“, as in “Maybe YOU‘re the one with the problem... happy”

          2. Some variation of “You‘re just jealous” (including any sentence that includes the word “hater“).

They really need to bring back public flogging.
