  It’s true! I think I am in total denial.
  
  I’m always surprised when I see the numbers on the scale or the sizes of my clothes. How can that be?
  
  Now, if my body can just catch up with my mind, we will be in good shape (literally!).

    I am with you Annie! I also look at myself coming out of the shower and ask, “When did this happen?” and Who did this to my body!” Oh, well, I remind myself, this is my starting point, not my ending point. See you on Spark, I intend to catch up today.
